The Network
Drivers have access to all Shell branded fuel stations across the UK, with sites located in major towns and cities, motorways and major A-roads. Finding locations is simple with a mobile app, online site locator and Satnav download available.
Fuel Pricing
The Shell CRT fuel card offers businesses a fixed weekly price for diesel and unleaded petrol. Shell’s network is split into two sections – “Core” and “Non Core”. For any diesel purchased at a “Core” sites you will pay a fixed weekly price (usually between 3-5p per litre below the national average price displayed at the fuel pump). Diesel purchased at “Non Core” sites is charged at the fixed weekly price plus 5p/litre. Prices run from Monday-Sunday and are usually supplied on a Friday afternoon.
Administration and Reporting
Administration of fuel expenses is made simple; you’ll receive a detailed invoice for all fuel expenditure broken down by transaction, type, amount, time and date of fuel purchase, the cost of fuel and the VAT amount. All invoices are HMRC-compliant so there is no need to keep receipts.
Security
Each Shell CRT fuel card can be embossed with either driver names or vehicle registrations, restricting use to only your drivers and/or vehicles.
