The Network
The Shell Commercial fuel card is welcome at all Shell branded fuel stations across the UK. Drivers can also access all Esso, Texaco, Gulf, Gleaner, Morrisons and Topaz fuel stations, giving you an extended network and reduced route diversion. Finding locations is simple with a mobile app, online site locator and Satnav download available.
Fuel Pricing
The Shell Commercial fuel card offers businesses a fixed weekly price for diesel and unleaded at all non-motorway Shell sites. For all other sites including Shell motorways sites you will pay a fixed weekly price (usually between 3-5p per litre below the national average price displayed at the fuel station) plus 5p/litre. Prices run from Monday-Sunday and are usually supplied on a Friday afternoon.
Administration and Reporting
Administration of fuel expenses is made simple, you'll receive a detailed invoice for all fuel expenditure broken down by transition, type, amount, time and date of fuel purchase, the cost of fuel and the VAT amount. All invoices are HMRC-compliant so there is no need to keep receipts.
Security
Each card can be embossed with either driver names or vehicle registrations, restricting use to only your drivers and/or vehicles.
