The Network
Diesel Advance has a network of over 3,000 fuel stations nationwide. Drivers can benefit from an extensive network of multi-branded sites including Morrisons, Somerfield, Texaco, Jet, Murco, Moto and many more. A mobile app, online site locator and satnav download is available to help your drivers find the nearest fuel station.
Fuel Pricing
You can only purchase diesel on the Diesel Advance card. You will receive a fixed weekly price based on the bulk market rate for fuel, which will typically save you 2-4p per litre against average price at the fuel pump. The diesel price is fixed every week. Prices run from Monday-Sunday and are usually supplied on a Friday afternoon.
Administration and Reporting
Diesel Advance works differently to other fuel cards as it gives you extra control by allowing you to top up your account as often as you wish, either by credit/debit card or by Direct Debit.
You will receive a weekly statement of fuel purchased by each card showing where, when and how much fuel has been bought. These statements are HMRC-compliant, simplifying your administration by eliminating the need for fuel receipts.
To help you keep track of fuel usage you can access your account 24 hours a day (through an online account) and you will be notified when your balance gets low.
